Sift together flour, sugar, salt and BP.
Add oil, yolks, o.j. and rind. Mix well with wooden
spoon.
Beat whites till stiff and dry. Fold yellow mixture into
whites and place in large tube tin.
Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 50 minutes, then another ten
minutes at 375ºF or 190ºC.
Remove from tin when cooled.
